DMS Health Technologies Recognized for Delivering ‘World-Class’ Customer Service

03/19/2009

DMS Health Technologies, a healthcare equipment sales and mobile imaging service provider, announced today that it is a recipient of the 2008 NorthFace Scoreboard AwardSM. The award is presented annually by the Omega Management Group Corp. to companies who, as rated by their own customers, achieved excellence in customer satisfaction during the prior calendar year.

DMS will formally receive the award during ceremonies at SCORE Conference 2009 on April 16 at the Seaport World Trade Center, Boston.  Omega, which produces the annual SCORE conference, is a recognized expert in developing and implementing customer experience management strategy (CEM) programs that lead to increased product and service revenue and profits.

“DMS Health Technologies has always been an organization dedicated to providing best-in-class customer service,” states Paul Wilson, CEO of DMS Health Technologies. “We are more than honored to have received this prestigious award, which recognizes our commitment to building relationships with our customers and the communities they serve by consciously and consistently exceeding customer expectations. The program we have implemented in 2008 with Omega intimately engages our customers to provide valuable feedback, allowing us to continually improve and build customer loyalty.”

Omega’s NorthFace ScoreBoard Award methodology measures customer satisfaction and loyalty levels on a five-point scale a minimum of twice during the year in such categories as technical support, field service, customer service and account management. NorthFace ScoreBoard Award recipients are companies who, based on survey responses from their own customers, achieved a 4.0 or above out of a possible 5.0.

“The NorthFace ScoreBoard Award recognizes organizations who not only offer exemplary customer service, but who also center their existence on a deep commitment to exceeding customer expectations,” said John Alexander Maraganis, president & CEO of Omega. “Due to its unique ‘customer-only vote’ criteria, the NorthFace ScoreBoard Award has been viewed from its inception in 2000 as the only objective benchmark for excellence in customer service,” Maraganis continues. “Our research indicates that companies that consistently achieve a 4.0 rating or above are succeeding in locking in profitable, long-term customer relationships, and this significantly raises the bar on their competitors.”

DMS Health Technologies continues to engage customer feedback with the goal to become a two-time recipient of Omega’s NorthFace ScoreBoard Award for 2009.
