Philips Equipment Service

While your patients depend on you to provide the highest level of care, you can depend on DMS Health Technologies to deliver the highest quality service and support for your Philips equipment.

As the primary service provider for Philips equipment in the upper Midwest for over 35 years, DMS service engineers receive the most comprehensive training in the industry – including the Philips award-winning program at the Professor Holst Center for Training and Education (Eindhoven, Netherlands) and the Cleveland Training Center.

With DMS, you'll receive unmatched service and support and will be able to focus on what you do best – patient care. With over 300 pieces of equipment on contract, DMS can also provide you with assistance when you need it, where you need it through:

  • Training and Education

Our forty-two field service engineers receive an average of 100 hours of training every year; not only in clinical modalities, but also in a variety of disciplines to make them more effective at their jobs.

  • Parts Inventory

DMS stocks over a million dollars worth of parts inventory locally. Calls for parts can be placed until 11:00 PM EST for next-day delivery, as critical parts are often stored in our Fargo office.

  • Minimizing Down Time, Maximizing Efficiency

Realizing that equipment downtime costs you time and money, we offer service coverage 24 hours a day, seven days a week through our Customer Support Center. Whether your needs include emergency system repair, a robust preventative maintenance program or service parts, we are available for you.

  • Quality in Service

DMS has invested in dynamic service-specific software to track all service requests in real time and monitor the availability of Field Service Engineers throughout the day. Each piece of equipment is assigned a primary Field Service Engineer to work with you from the time of installation throughout the entire life of the product. Our service training programs are developed based on the equipment assigned to our Field Service Staff.

With an average of 20 years of experience, DMS has one of the most experienced groups of Field Service Engineers in the industry to help you protect your investment.
